2017
Founded By Anna Radulovski
Launched in 2017 by Anna Radulovski, a pioneering entrepreneur and champion for women and girls in technology, the Initiative aims to honor, bolster, and empower females in the tech realm globally. Understanding the distinct obstacles women in tech encounter and the imperative of fostering gender parity in the field, Anna's initiatives, Coding Girls and WomenTech Network, emerged as powerful agents of transformation. Driven by a profound conviction in the transformative impact of women's leadership in technology, WITDAY is dedicated to forging paths, dismantling obstacles, and elevating women within the technological landscape.
2018
100+ Events Empowering 5000 Girls in Tech
In 2018, we achieved a significant milestone in our journey to promote gender diversity in technology. We proudly hosted over 100 events, each carefully curated to inspire and empower. These gatherings reached a remarkable number of participants, with more than 5000 girls in tech benefiting from these initiatives. This achievement underscores our commitment to nurturing young talent and shaping a more inclusive future in the tech industry, marking a pivotal year in our ongoing mission to inspire and elevate the next generation of female tech leaders.
2019
Global Expansion to 50 New Locations
In 2019, we reached a pivotal milestone in our global outreach efforts: the expansion of Coding Firls and WomenTech Network to 50 new locations around the world. This significant growth marked a major step in our mission to build a more inclusive and diverse tech community. By establishing a presence in these additional locales, we've broadened our impact, bringing together a wider array of perspectives, talents, and voices. This expansion not only amplifies our commitment to empowering women in tech but also strengthens the global network of support and collaboration among women in the technology sector.
2020
Inaugural Women in Tech Global Conference Amidst the Pandemic
Amidst unprecedented global challenges, we hosted our first virtual Women in Tech Global Conference. This event was a resounding success, attracting 140,410 unique visitors and achieving 651,600 content views, with a peak of 15,100 concurrent attendees. Participants rated the conference an impressive 9.6 out of 10. On social media, it made a significant impact with 555,000 LinkedIn impressions, 1,140,000 on Twitter, and 350,100 on Facebook, showcasing our ability to unite and inspire the tech community globally under challenging circumstances.

Expanding Global Reach with +5000 Global Ambassadors in 161 Countries
In 2021, the WomenTech Network's reach and impact were further amplified by its network of over 5000 ambassadors across 161 countries. This global presence highlights the network's commitment to creating a diverse and inclusive community in the tech industry, promoting the empowerment of women in technology on a truly international scale.

The Chief in Tech Summit 2022 Brought +1000 Executive Women in Tech Together
WomenTech Network hosted the impactful Chief in Tech Summit, bringing +1000 C-Level women in tech together. This summit was a notable gathering for women, minorities, and allies in tech, focusing on leadership, breaking the glass ceiling, sustainability, navigating the C-Suite, digital transformation, and more. The event featured a diverse lineup of speakers and provided participants with insights into leadership styles and strategies for advancing women in their careers. This summit marked a significant achievement for the network, underscoring its commitment to leadership development and professional growth in the tech community.

Women in Tech Day Officially Proclaimed
The official proclamation of Women in Tech Day on April 4th, 2024, not only marks a specific date of celebration but also embodies the sentiment that "Women in Tech Day is every day." This milestone emphasizes the ongoing commitment to recognizing and supporting women in technology daily, not just annually. It reinforces the idea that the empowerment, inclusion, and celebration of women in the technology industry are continuous and ongoing efforts, which are not only crucial but also deeply ingrained in the fabric of the women in tech community. These efforts consist of various initiatives, such as WomenTech Circles, mentoring programs, networking events, and skill-building workshops, all aimed at fostering an environment that supports the growth and success of women in tech.
